Professional and helpful staff that are always ready to lend their help and support. I received what i thought was a compromised product and they reassured me that while it was safe to use, to bring me peace of mind they exchanged it for a new one. The whole process was easy and left me feeling like i was part of supportive community

This place is located in a challenging spot. But, no matter what time I come in to see them, and no matter how long their days have been, I am greeted with a smile and leave the store with a smile. Every single time. And that's just really kind of nice.

10/10 experience, very knowledgeable, liz and alex in particular will go above and beyond to help you, would never switch, all staff are very friendly and helpful, overnight delivery most of the time, if you ever need a hand ask for liz and alex as they go above and beyond to help you, fantastic customer service too, 10/10 thank you amcal prahran :)
